New Year's Address: 2019

Hello, darlings! I hope everyone is doing well in the lead-up to the New Year. Personally, I'll be going on a spree to buy enough champagne to fill my bathtub before the 31st. You know, ring in the new year properly.

Okay, not really…but one day. It's on my bucket list. "Bathe in Champagne." Right between "Visit the Louvre" and "Tryst with a Frenchman."

Man, that's going to be a good weekend.

I digress. While I don't normally pay much attention to New Year's—resolutions just stack up as a series of memories Facebook can throw back in my face every year—this one is a little different. I'm really trying to continue my forward momentum, and because I'm secretly anal (Not like that, you naughty person, you…), I've broken everything down into numbers and percentages…and it honestly makes it a lot easier for me to tackle.

What can you expect from me in 2019? Well, I'll have a new series, will hopefully be picking up on some old series, and in general I'll be around a lot more often than I was in 2018.

Oh, and since we're talking New Year's and I never bothered to post this, I have a New Year's romance for sale. You can get it here, if you so desire.

But I'm more interested in what you've got going for 2019. What are you hoping to accomplish? What are you looking to leave in 2018 and not take with you? What are you reading? Are you doing one of the many reading challenges floating around? I'm personally torn between Robin Covington's Diverse Reader Challenge and Book Riot's Read Harder Challenge.

Whatever your plans are, or lack thereof, I hope 2019 treats us all better than the gut punching street fight that was 2018.

Cheers, darlings,

Raven
